Job Description

  • Handle customer account opening requests to ensure timely and accurate completion.
  • Maintain and update customer records to ensure accurate and complete data.
  • Assist clients in using advertising accounts and answer any questions during usage.
  • Promote the growth of customer advertising account usage and consumption.
  • Follow up on customer consumption trends and timely synchronize relevant data and dynamics with the sales team.
  • Maintain customer information to ensure the completeness and standardization of customer information within the system.
  • Assist customers in issuing invoices and ensure smooth compliance.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree or above, major in marketing, business administration, media, Chinese or related fields preferred.
  • Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in Client Server, account management, or related fields are preferred.
  • Strong adaptability, able to quickly respond and adjust work priorities according to customer needs.
  • Pay attention to details to ensure the accuracy and compliance of various documents and operating procedures.
  • Possess good communication skills and be able to efficiently communicate orally and in writing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office work software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (such as Salesforce, etc.) is preferred.
  • Language Requirements: Fluent in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
