We are looking for a Business Development Intern (Japanese student in Vietnam) to support our global expansion in the IT outsourcing domain, with a focus on the Japanese market. This role is ideal for proactive, business-minded students or recent graduates who want to explore international business and sales in the tech industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze the Japanese IT outsourcing market and potential clients.
- Support in building proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials in Japanese.
- Assist in lead generation, client communication, and partnership development.
- Prepare reports and track business performance using Excel/PowerPoint.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align business opportunities and delivery capacity.
- Strong interest in international business and IT outsourcing.
- Native Japanese with good proficiency in Japanese and Vietnamese/English (written & spoken).
- Currently a Japanese student in Vietnam (exchange program or pursuing a full degree).
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proactive, confident, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and presentation will be considered a plus.
