Client & Business Development
1. Proactively identify and hunt for prospective clients to fuel firm growth through aggressive outreach, lead generation, and relationship- building (daily/weekly, high priority).
2. Actively seek and capitalize on opportunities to secure deals and drive revenue, leveraging market insights and strategic networking (ongoing, high priority).
3. Represent the firm at professional networking events to enhance reputation and expand market reach, proactively identifying potential leads (monthly/quarterly, high priority).
4. Foster long-term relationships with existing clients through consistent follow-ups and impactful communication to ensure repeat business and referrals (weekly/monthly, medium-high priority).
5. Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives aligned with monthly or quarterly revenue targets, taking ownership of deal-closing processes (as needed, medium-high priority).
Project Coordination & Billing
1. Lead and oversee project timelines, proactively monitoring progress, coordinating with internal teams, and keeping clients informed to ensure successful delivery (daily/weekly, high priority).
2. Manage services proposal, billing and payments, preparing services proposal, contract, invoices, payment receipts following up diligently, and maintaining accurate financial records to support revenue goals (weekly/monthly, medium-high priority).
3. Act as the primary client liaison, addressing queries promptly and coordinating with internal teams to deliver seamless service (daily, low priority).
1. Language Skills: Fluency in English is required
2. Graduates with Very Good Degree or higher, preferably in English, French, or Chinese language majors with strong four-skill proficiency, are preferred.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
4. Exceptional initiative and drive to proactively lead projects and hunt for clients, with a focus on generating revenue and closing deals.
5. Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
6. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and financial management skills.
