Job Description

  • Receiving data from the branches and clarifying information with related departments.
  • Contract breakdown, manage to keep consistent information.
  • Create new hotel codes for hotels of all countries (except VN hotels).
  • Create new rooms/rateplans/promotions for hotels of all countries (except VN hotels).
  • Input and doublecheck rate for hotels of all countries (except VN hotels).
  • Update information and pictures (after resizing) for hotels of all countries.
  • Check and calculate final price from hotel’s basic price.
  • Check and create mapping list for sending to Channels.
  • Daily check and preview hotel/room mapping and mapping status with channels.
  • Process manual mapping on Channel’s portal if any.
  • Investigate, follow up and solve mapping issues with channels.
  • Map/ Remove hotel on Channels as request from PIC.
  • Manual mapping for 3rd Party.
  • Find hotel information on the hotel’s official website and update on Alice system.
  • Find code channels to make new mapping list.
  • Clarify information & compare data.
  • Daily Report/ Weekly Report/ API Report.
  • Create content and write on Naver Blog.
  • Pre-intermediate Excel skills (priority)

Job Requirement

  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry.
  • Speed of handling tasks: Proficient typing speed, case resolving, and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with Software: Comfortable with data entry software, spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets), and database management systems.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and correct errors in data.
  • Attitude: can do attitude, active and responsible in tasks.

Work Environment:

  • Typically an office setting.
  • Involve long periods of sitting and working on a computer.
