- Troubleshoot booking’ s issues, resolve problems, and escalate when necessary to maintain workflow.
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
- Manage outstanding amounts and invoice payments.
- Making payment request for Vietnam hotel daily.
- Stop-selling and double check stop-sell.
- Mapping checking from hotel and supplier.
- Manage and control DMC bookings.
- Control manual allotment on partner’s system.
- Handle failure bookings with related departments.
- This position requires shift work, weekends as below:
Working Hours: Rotating 8-hour shifts, with at least 30 minutes of break time per day shift and 45 minutes of break time per night shift.
- Shift 1: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- Shift 2: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
- Shift 3: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (Work from home)
- Shift 4: 8:00 AM - 5:15 PM
- Shift 5: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Work from home)
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional technical certifications or training is a plus).
- Previous experience in an operator or hospitality industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication in English/Japanese/Korean.
