- KRA 1: Set up clients with trading partners (EDI)
- Configure setup, partner relations, cross references, etc.
- Perform testing with trading partners and customers
- Provide the mapping team with the analysis required to build a new map or modify an existing one for client and trading partner facing documents
- Work with the mapping team to ensure completion of mapping requests.
- Participate in problem solving activities; escalate to relevant teams.
- Report to team management as well as involved project coordinators
- Coordinate with multiple internal teams to ensure the target go-live date for the customer is met.
- Work closely with Project Manager or Implementer to align on progress.
KRA 2: Analyze and document trading partner requirements
- Working time: 40 hours/week. 9 AM – 6 PM
- Having business process and/or supply chain knowledge is a plus
- Major in IT, Business, English, Language Arts, or Economics. Degrees in other disciplines will be considered
- Proficient in English; Must be personable and confident in communication via telephone, and well-written professionally via email
- Business Process Analysis/gap analysis and Research skills are highly preferred
- Detail-oriented skills whilst carrying out the task at hand thoroughly

- Sense of Urgency
The ability to explain complicated-seeming concepts in plain language
