• Collaborate with recruiters to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
• Source candidates through various channels including internal database, job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and profiles to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial outreach and engage with potential candidates to assess interest and availability.
• Assist in pre-qualifying candidates through phone or chat conversations.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and sourcing activities.
• Support employer branding initiatives and sourcing campaigns.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve sourcing strategies.
• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree
• Strong communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the recruitment field.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, and social media platforms is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude and team spirit.
