Gather and validate business and technical requirements with customers and internal stakeholders.
Plan and prioritize assigned work to meet delivery timelines and commitments.
Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain reliable technical solutions that meet business and quality requirements.
Identify issues early, troubleshoot technical challenges, and propose practical solutions.
Monitor production systems, troubleshoot incidents, resolve technical issues, and contribute to continuous improvement.
Maintain technical documentation, participate in code reviews, and share knowledge with the team.
Strengthen your technical and communication skills, take on greater responsibility, and seek guidance when needed.

Must Have

At least 3 months of internship experience in Software Engineering, Web Development, or a related technical role.
Communicate technical concepts effectively to internal teams and external stakeholders in both spoken and written English.
Experience in at least one backend stack: Python / .NET or Java (Spring Boot or similar) with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Using modern AI development tools to support software development and debugging.
Familiar with Git, coding best practices, and design patterns.
Demonstrate strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with ownership of assigned work.

Nice to Have

Strong understanding of business needs and able to translate requirements into practical technical solutions.
