As a Customer Success Intern, you’ll support our team in delivering smooth, helpful, and delightful experiences to our customers. Your main responsibilities include:
● Assist in responding to customer inquiries and troubleshooting common issues.
● Support billing-related tasks (payments, invoices, refunds).
● Learn to use and understand our products so you can guide customers effectively.
● Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve tough cases.
● Follow up with customers & collect insights.
● Currently a final-year university student majoring in Business Administration, Information Systems,
Computer Science, Marketing, Languages, or related fields.
● Available to work at least 32 hours per week.
● Good command of English (equivalent to IELTS 6.0 or higher).
● Enjoy helping others and finding practical solutions to their problems.
● Interested in technology and eager to explore new digital tools and systems.
● Clear communicator with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
● Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
