Project Management Intern - CÔNG TY TNHH BOSCH GLOBAL SOFTWARE TECHNOLOGIES

• Support process related tasks and documentation
• Proceed administrative tasks such as sending meeting invitations, preparing workshops, recording meeting minutes, following-up non- project pending points, and managing team’s internal websites
• Support Organizational activities: engagement, buddy, newcomer support, automation documentation, etc
• Play a Key User role in one or multiple internal application(s)
• Support other ad-hoc tasks
• Learn various internal and external tools/applications to understand how project information is properly maintained in the Project Management Information Systems.

• Undergraduate student (3rd/4th year preferred) who can work full-time for 6 months
• Able to provide the official recommendation or  introduction letters from the universities  
• Good communication skills in both Japanese (N2 or above) and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Positive working attitude, willingness to learn, and high teamwork spirit.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
