Assist with administrative tasks such as organizing files, maintaining records, and managing documents;
Monitor and replenish office supplies and equipment as needed;
Coordinate and support internal events, meetings, and conferences;
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence to ensure smooth communication;
Assist with administrative procedures for employees and visitors to the office;
Prepare regular administrative reports as required by management;
Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Final-year or third-year students majoring in Business Administration, Office Management, Human Resources, or related fields;
Detail-oriented, responsible, and reliable in handling tasks;
Strong organizational and communication skills;
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team;
No prior experience required, but experience in office work is a plus.
