1. Recruitment Process Consultation & Optimization:
- Analyze existing Recruitment System and propose improvements.
- Support the development and implementation of an efficient recruitment system.
2. Enhancing the Job Posting System:
- Collaborate with the development team to refine and optimize job posting features.
- Ensure the platform is user-friendly, effective, and seamlessly integrates into company workflows.
3. Korean-Vietnamese Interpretation for the Director:
- Facilitate meetings and document translations between Korean and Vietnamese.
- Ensure clear and precise communication between leadership and departments.
4. Cross-Departmental Support:
- Participate in interdepartmental meetings to provide insights on recruitment processes.
- Address HR-related inquiries and assist with system integration.
- Bachelor's Degree in related major, Korean language major is a plus
- Fluency in Korean, including 4 skills: reading, listening, writing and speaking
- + 5 years of experience in Recruitment System and Korean translation and interpretation, with a solid understanding of recruitment processes and systems
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams and explain HR processes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with online recruitment platforms, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and recruitment tools is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Excellent coordination, time management and communication skills.
