Job Description

  • Other recruitment duties and tasks as assigned by superiors;
  • Assist in organizing employee training and development programs;
  • Help maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR regulations;
  • Coordinate with other departments to implement team-building plans, company trips, and employee engagement events;
  • Assist in organizing recruitment events and company activities, including Career Days, Job Fairs, and other related events;
  • Support the recruitment team in all recruitment activities, such as arranging tests & interviews, contacting candidates, building databases, and headhunting both IT and Non-IT professionals.

 

Job Requirement

  • Good command of English is preferred;
  • Able to work independently;
  • Active, positive, honest, careful, hardworking, and responsible;
  • Passionate about recruitment and interested in developing a general HR career;
  • Personal laptop for working is required;
  • Can work full-time from Monday to Friday;
  • Senior students or fresh graduates majoring in Human resources, Business Administration, Business English or other business-related fields.
